# Witness-Evidence Matrix This matrix rates the **support for each factual proposition**. The narrower and more consequential unresolved issue is: **The strength of his language about Nolan's deliberate decision exceeds what the public record currently establishes about Warren's own sensory source.** His strongest statement is essentially: **“I personally last saw Nolan around 3.”** His most consequential later assertion is: **Nolan affirmatively refused to board and chose another ride.** Those can coexist if Warren **heard** the later exchange without seeing Nolan. But the public interview never satisfactorily isolates: **Where exactly was Warren? What did Warren personally hear? Which words did he hear himself? Which came from Wyatt/Jax afterward?** That is the unresolved issue in Warren's account; it is not proof that he lied. --- # 2.
