Statements attributed to Katelynn
She says her group was “parked right next to them” and that Nolan was “no where in sight” when her group left at 7:30 PM. In the follow-up reply, she says Nolan introduced himself to her husband, was respectful, had been on the boat with the group, and was having a good time.
Assessment: this is a material named firsthand account of an earlier personal introduction and a no-sight observation in Brochard’s immediately adjacent area when her group departed. It does not identify Nolan’s location at 7:30, create a case-wide last-sighting time, or say Brochard witnessed Nolan refuse a ride. A public Allyson Lawrence post displays the first 7:30 statement with its attached scene photograph; the author’s visible thread comment is timestamped July 5, 2026 at 3:28 PM. That establishes the screenshot-and-photo combination was circulating publicly by then, but it does not date the underlying photograph or recover the native Brochard comment. A public Jessy Wessy post dated July 6, 2026 preserves the complete exchange as an image attachment without the later video-frame overlay. The post date establishes public preservation by July 6; it does not authenticate the original comment or the photograph’s capture time. A separate direct July 7 reply under Brochard’s name says her group remained near “where he was” until 7:30 and that “they did leave around 5.” A July 9 image posted by Callie Strong preserves the same wording and adds the context that Brochard believed her comment was being shared without its limits. This strengthens the source chain for the nearby-boats account, but the five-o’clock pronouns and vessel remain unresolved.
Full exposed-comment audit
On August 6, the post was switched to All comments and every visible reply set was expanded. Facebook displayed 68 comments; 62 comment or reply articles were exposed for review. The Callie Strong screenshot above was the only newly exposed item that materially strengthened Brochard’s own account. No direct video file was exposed in the comments. Other media-bearing replies contained derivative claims about alleged 4:30 or 6:00 sightings, a screenshot of the existing 26-second repost, or unrelated commentary; they are not counted as corroboration of Brochard.
Report comparison: the July 31 working geospatial report uses the same Brochard scene photograph in Figure 6B and labels Palm Beach, Triton, and Boat #3; Figure 10 reproduces the 7:30 statement and describes it as a potentially useful negative observation subject to location, visibility, duration, and recognition checks. That comparison strengthens the adjacent-scene component within the existing Medium confidence rating. The report itself says its vessel labels are source annotations, not independent registration identifications, and the PDF does not identify its author or submitting organization.
Interview value, not a witnessed fact: if Brochard remained in the visually reconstructed adjacent position during the reported altercation and boarding discussion, she was a potentially important line-of-sight witness. The public statements do not say she saw the fight or heard Nolan refuse a ride, so both questions remain open and should be asked directly rather than inferred as events.
